Maddie Kautsky

Maddie is from Carmel, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree in International Studies from Indiana University, Bloomington. She is on staff for the Journal of Legislation.

Maddie spent her 1L summer working as a Judicial Extern. During the summer of 2025, she worked as a Summer Associate at Greenberg Traurig in Chicago. Maddie’s favorite hobbies include traveling to new places and baking cookies. Maddie has studied abroad three times: in Mexico, Argentina, and Spain.
