Erin Hiestand

Erin is from Phoenix, Arizona. She attended the University of Notre Dame for undergrad, where she double majored in Political Science and Spanish. In law school, Erin is the President of the American Constitution Society, and is an active of the Women’s Legal Forum, Student Bar Association, and the Public Interest Law Forum.

During the 2024 summer, Erin worked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in South Bend for the Criminal Division of the Northern District of Indiana. She spent the 2025 summer working with the Government Investigations practice group at King & Spalding in Chicago, where she plans to return after graduation.

Erin’s hobbies include dance and barre classes, and reading non-law books. Erin loves the Chicago Blackhawks, and always watches at least one period of every game they play (even if she has to watch while standing in the student section at Notre Dame football games)!
