Elisa Monteiro
Elisa is from both Boston, Massachusetts and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She attended New York University and earned a degree in English, with a minor in Spanish. At Notre Dame, Elisa is a member of the Christian Legal Society and the Hispanic Law Student Association.
Last summer, Elisa worked at Public Defender Services for the District of Columbia. During the summer of 2026, she plans to work as a Federal Defender for the Western District of Washington. After graduation, Elisa hopes to work in New York City as a Public Defender. A fun fact about Elisa is that she is left handed.
